Google wouldn't let me give 0 stars! My appointment was 2:15 didn't see El Othmani until 3:30. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed on Dr Froehlich's replacement. I asked for 1 prescription to be sent to my pharmacy he agreed to do it and didn't do it, I'll probably have to call and put on hold for 20 minutes only to get a recording to leave phone number for a call back. I've been with university orthopedic s for over 25 years and this was my worst experience with them.
Dr. El Othmani was wonderful. He and the medical student with him were very polite and accommodating. He did a thorough examination of my hip and ordered testing. Mallory was also very helpful. I look forward to seeing Dr. El Othmani again when results are in. Thank you!
Dr Mouhanad M. El Othmani was very informative. He took the time to explain everything about my diagnosis in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. He was friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I would highly recommend Dr. El Othmani and University Orthopedics.
Dr El Othmani always enters the room with a smile. His bedside manner is a 10! He shows me my xrays, explains everything in simple terms. Highly recommend him. So far I have 2 friends who he recently replaced their hips. They both highly recommend as well.
