I’m very grateful to have Dr. Mouderres as my dr. He’s always very professional but also very personable. He’ gives much clarity and care when explaining conditions and what must be done. Which i feel is such an important task and not always given when dealing with Doctors. I am now at a point with my condition that feels great and am informed thoroughly. Relieved.

The visits were fine and he seems like a pretty good doctor, but that doesn't matter because his office NEVER answers the phone and so it's impossible to ever get another appointment. The times I saw him were years ago; I haven't even spoken to anyone in his office in almost four years despite hundreds of attempts. I guess I'm still officially his patient, but my regular doctor at the clinic I go to has been handling my refills and I'm currently going through the process to get referred to a different neurologist so that I c... read more
The doctor may be good (I only saw him ONE time after waiting for 3 months following my primary care physician’s referral) but his office staff is utterly incompetent and unprofessional. It took them 2 months to get authorization for me to have an MRI. And it is much easier to get through to the White House than it is to reach anyone in his office. Nobody would pick up the phone. You leave messages and nobody would call you back. Recently, I called and now I couldn’t leave any messages because “the mailbox is full”
This office NEVER answers their phone, it only goes to a recording saying voicemail is full. The doctor referred me to have a procedure done at the hospital but then never followed through with insurance or sending my patient information to them. I've called over 500 times this month, and the hospital as well as my insurance company saying they have being trying several times a week with never any answer. Now my referral for the procedure has expired because I cannot reach the doctor to ask him to do his required part of his... read more
Very patient asks then listens to answers. Knew more than any doctor I've seen. Explains diagnoses thoroughly. I wish their were more doctors like him
