Tim and his crew have been awesome last year they came out and replaced our furnace and heat pump, we’ll use them always for our repairs and maintenance on both our furnace and heat pump. We not only got Great service but gained a friend 👍😃

I'll start off by admitting that I've never used Motz Heating before, but Tim; the owner, is a shady guy. We had a business agreement in place. Immediately following said agreement Tim no longer communicated with me; nor did he pay me. I understand that I am reviewing him as an individual, and not his company specifically, but he is the owner of this company and I feel his actions towards me need to be publicized. If there's even a chance that he's as crooked a business owner as he is a person, consumers need to be aware!
