FYI!! There is no free trial.. insurance only covers 80% of its cost and the copay will be around $300 a month
They took forever to process anything with insurance and I never received any updates without having to reach out every single time. The automated text seems like you're talking to a real person, or that a real person will eventually respond–never happened. I found another company that offers the same equipment with great communication and not absolutely shady like this place.
Update: over 5 weeks in now and I’m still sticking with it. Progress is hard to gauge but I’m hopeful. The games do keep your attention and the adaptive assistance is a great feature. Some of the games have tech bugs but fix themselves once you restart them,so not a big deal overall. Customer service is improving as well. Update 2/26/26 Had some trouble at first getting to talk to a rep from here, was a bit frustrating. **However, Aaron at Motus Nova did reach out to me today and went over all the info with me. Looking forward to learning more about how the product can help my recovery**
