I’ve been with Motus Nova for almost two years now and I find their device indispensable. It’s like having an OT in my house, which here in the middle of nowhere is pretty cool. Beyond the stretching (which is undoubtedly my favorite part) having active assistance with my exercises is game changing… it makes me feel like I’m not in this alone. My Motus coach is great! I love Miriam and appreciate her so much. She is very patient and kind and one of the best cheerleaders. If would have given 5 stars for her alone. The 4 stars is for the company as a whole. They literally are unacceptable on so many levels. They are often not on the same page. They will lie to you without a second thought. They (not Miriam) will lie to you about what you are approved for and when they finally picked up the ball my insurance had changed what was covered. Smh. If it was not for Miriam... read more
