Motum has been such an incredible gym experience. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free. Mike, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping people feel confident and successful in their fitness journey. Motum is by far the best gym I’ve been to! The owner Mike is knowledgeable, motivating, kind, and helps to create a safe space where anyone can come in and feel comfortable working out! The gym is clean, has tons of equipment, great music, plenty of class times, and the workouts are fun and effective. I would recommend this gym to anyone- especially someone who is new to working out and looking for extra support like I was when I started at Motum. I’ve been member for 3+ years and cannot recommend it enough. Love the small size of the gym+ everything is all set up for you each sesh! And the trainers… and the vibe of the fellow members 11/10!

Michael is the owner of Motum Athletics and is the trainer you need to get you motivated to workout. After sitting around for 7 months following 2 surgeries I joined this gym. Thinking I might only last 6 months, it has now been 2 years since I started. This gym is more than that it's a community of like-minded people who want to live their best lives. I highly recommend Motum Athletics!
