Buying a car from Mott's is always risky you know what the old saying goes by you get what you pay for
This place is a joke my husband was trying to surprise me with a car. The young man that works there pretty much told my husband he didn’t care what he was doing.! I stopped in a little before 4 to get a car with my husband when I was informed he wasn’t going to help me I had to wait until next week they close at 5. I just left if you don’t want my money that’s fine I took my business elsewhere. Rude people
bad customer service & do not recommend going to mott’s the dad he is very very rude and disrespectful because of my skin color assumed i had this that thought tried to get me to pay an extra 300$ told me over the phone an certain down payment than in person , rushed me to purchased an vehicle an hour before he closed and he told me i had 15 minutes and closed down and had me and my family very very messed up and upset , the state need to do something about this place an car business should NOT BE OPENED IF THE CUSTOMER SERV... read more
I've been shopping with Mott's for years and never had an issue with customer service, payment agreements, nor price ranges. Mott's to me is definitely a car spot I would say looks out for the town and I would always recommend anybody to shop here for a car. There is no run around nor greed in my eyes and all my experiences I've had with this company, including mechanic work on the cars I've purchased has always been top notch, straight forward and to the point. Hands down best spot to me in town
