It was a fairly pleasant experience. There was a lot of waiting in a super cold room between each professional you needed to see. I saw 5 different individuals and all that I truly got done was X-rays in the 2 hours I was there. So there’s that… they said I need a $1200 cleaning, $930 of it insurance isn’t going to pay for. And another $1700 out of pocket (thank God for great insurance, $9000+ was total bill)

The staff was extremely helpful, compassionate and caring, From the moment Dr Park came in the room, he showed the best patient relations and concerns I have ever experienced making me feel at easy and understood immediately. He's level of gentleness as he numbed the area for extraction, and the actual procedure was out of this world. I tell you, I didnt feel a thing, was even surprised when he told me he had finished. I was supposed to get a call back from the, I guess money person, that was supposed to discuss the plans and my options. Nobody followed up after I left and I was there for an 1:45 minutes and the young lady at the desk said that the person who I was supposed to discuss future plan and payment options didn't have time to see me they would call me that day and I receive no call and now it's 3 days later. No I'm not happy. I have dental work that needs to be done. They gave me some medicine, but I don't have a follow-up option... read more
