The guy with name "Om k" (i m not joking) declined my request to add hilton points to hilton system after my stay in this hotel just because they have policy that allows adding points only within 30 days after stay. No wonder your business is dying. I don't recommend this specific hotel and Hilton in general to anyone. The experience was 1/5.
The location is one of the best in Manhattan. A few minute walk to many subway lines as well as Madison Park and even Times Square. Wide range of restaurants nearby as well and breakfast spots. The bar is swanky but unpretentious. Breakfast was also good. Rooms are well designed for family of three. And quiet. Staff was excellent. Smart, accommodating and efficient.
overall this isnt a bad hotel. Rooms are nicely appointed and well decorated. Clean. Staff is nice. I didnt try the food but had a drink at the bar, and the staff could not have been nicer. This hotel is amazing !!!!!! Literally in the perfect spot!!!! Highly highly recommend. Staff is amazing especially Khalid.
