Located in a great part of Manhattan to enjoy doing touristy stuff while also exploring local culture! Hotel staff were so kind as to hold our bags before our check-in times AND EVEN AFTER our check-out times which allowed us to explore the city without carrying suitcases everywhere! That’s a lovely service that no other hotel has ever offered me. The building also smells very nice! (the picture here is from one of the good view rooms you pay a bit extra for- totally worth it in my opinion!)

Booked this hotel with my Gold status, it was wonderful, views were uncomparable from 42nd floor, which you can choose if available if you book directly thourgh Hilton. I will definitely try to stay there each time I’m in New York.
Fabulous views and quiet rooms, though typical of NYC, the rooms are a bit tight. I stayed for 4 days and had no discomfort at all. The staff were also extremely friendly.
