I have no issues with Dr. Makhene-Deloach. My issue is with the office incorrectly billing my insurance company and them getting payment from my insurance for services that were not rendered. I called Katrina's attention to this matter many many times and she said she will take care of it but never did. Oh and she stopped replying to my text messages.
