The customer service is outstanding! Had Kevin work the suspension on my 2019 KTM 350XC-F. He did a complete spring conversion on the forks and revalve on the shock. He took the time to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the results by going out in the field and testing it with me. I’ve never had that kind of service with the multiple out of state suspension companies that I’ve used in the past, and I’ve never had as good a suspension set up as I do now. Great shop! 👍

Kevin and Cameron are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help and answer questions. Cameron stayed 30 minutes after closing time to wait for me to come look at a bike. Amazing company. They will absolutely have my business from now on.
