A short and sad story to tell. I hated the radiator protection of my Ducati, unfortunately, when I paid with paypal, my address information was incomplete (I realized it later ...). Feedex, after a few days he said he delivered (where ??? if they didn't have the house number ???). Spent over $300 with them and decided I did not like the look of a mirror. Return requested online then when I paid the money to send it back they simply sent it back to me saying parts were missing, no email, no call, nothing. Absolutely hands down the worst experience I have ever had spending my money, the process with them is a joke. They stated that the return could not be taken because the parts had been installed on the bike.
