Dealt with motovated for a warranty claim on my truck. Customer service and overall performance of work was fantastic! Went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Highly recommend for any repairs, minor or major!
They got us back on the road very quickly and at a reasonable price when we experienced car trouble while traveling from out of state. Thank you for your help and for the great customer service!
Absolute crooks. After having my car for 2 months fixing and issue with my engine, they returned it to me filthy and without functioning AC. When I brought it back they charged me $225 for a leak test and then told me it would be an additional $1400 because I needed a whole new Air Compressor. Upon getting a second opinion elsewhere, it turned out all I needed was an AC recharge which only costs $300 and didn't require a leak test at all.
I wish I could give this place no stars but I’m forced to put a one. Excuse my immodesty but this place is incompetent and utter trash. Brought my vehicle here cause the check engine light was on, the first time they claimed it was something unimportant, shut it off and charged me around $70. It came back on not even 30 miles later. Brought it back, this time it’s an oil pressure sensor! So they fix it, charge me $290 and send me on my way! Guess what happened then? My check engine light turned on about 30 miles later! Outstanding service!! Emily did an outstanding job on my broken fender and bumper! It took no time at all and I added an oil change and state inspection. Both Steve’s were helpful with my payment options and using Koalifi! I didn’t have a ride so the restaurant that was walking distance was very convenient to pass the time.
