Do not take anything to this place! They had 3 of my bikes for over 2 months. They ignored calls, texts, vm. When I got fed up, and went to get them they wer basket cases, missing parts it was a nightmare then they tried to blame it on me and said that I refused service. again I cannot emphasize enough do not take anything here you will be disappointed.
It is imperative to communicate with your clients. I always had to text over & over many times. Unfortunately its easy to lose customers by ignoring them. I took my jet ski to him 2 fix & due to the cost & age it wasnt worth it ! Unfortunately I want my trailer & it he doesn't text me back. Today I emailed him so lets see if he responds. Next step my cival attorney will contact him.....
this place is the most unprofessional repair shop I would not even take my weed whacker here a bunch of hillbillies

The communication is horrible, Gregg never return phone calls, never replies back to your text message. His employees are great tho and they do a great job, no complaints there. Motosports would be a great place to go if the communication was better, I will not go back or recommend anybody to go there.
