The precut nano ceramic tint itself is excellent. The heat shrink capability is top-notch, and the precision cuts lined up perfectly with the glass geometry, making the installation incredibly smooth. The packaging was also solid—everything arrived in rigid tubes completely protected from creases or shipping damage. My only major complaint is the lack of labels. I ordered custom sets for two completely different model vehicles and multiple window placements, but everything was packed together without clear labels.
The product itself is great but the customer service was horrible. I purchased installation through MotoShield and the appointment apparently couldn't be set until after it arrived. Fine, but then after it arrived the appointment I was offered via calendly was apparently unavailable but didn't find out until day of. Then I had to wait another week only to hear from the installer that he was given the wrong date.luckily the installer was experienced with all the shortcomings of the cs rep.
