I placed an order for tint from MotoShield for my wife’s car, but somehow the order was duplicated, and I immediately received two confirmation emails. I contacted them right away to let them know about the mistake. Despite emailing before the order was shipped, they refused to cancel the duplicate and told me no refund would be given since it had already been shipped. Very disappointing customer service — instead of resolving the issue, they pushed the cost onto me for something that wasn’t my fault.
