I am senior handicapped person with a lot of health problems including cancer and hard for me to walk.I brought 2 rav4's at the same and I dont think many people buy 2 at one time.Since Im sick it was setup that they would pick my rav4 at my house and bring it back to me.Now last week they decided that I would have to get out of wheelchair and bring it down to them. I looked online for "reputable" local parts dealership and found MotorWorld. I quickly called and was connected to this Amazing Young Lady by the name of Kim. She was very courteous, patient, professional and knowledgeable. She even printed a schematic of the part assembly. I am truly impressed! She provided SUPERB Customer Service! Car buying process took absolutely forever. I was at the dealership 6.5 hours... Ramon made promises that didn't end up being true. He told me I got Sirius xm for a free trial (not true). I texted him about it a few days later and he said he didn't realize Honda didn't do that anymore. He also told me he would get my lease turn in fee waived.. nope! That didn't happen either.
