Very knowledgeable and courteous. Exceeded expectations. Joel kept me informed every step of the way and everything was explained throughout. I love this place!
I have many things wrong with my car. We worked out a plan to try and repair it at a cheaper price. I ended up not getting some of the repairs done but, for safety sake I did the tires and the brakes.
Took my ‘24 Countryman in for a BDC recall. I was called to be notified of the recall and scheduled right away. The product was in hand and they finished the swap the following day. I received a loaner, which is my favorite part of MINI and their service. No need to wait around.
