Another great visit for an unexpected tire puncture. Alex provided awesome customer service when in for the repair.

I received prompt and courteous service. However, I was caught off guard by the type of appointment my wife had arranged: a drop off versus a wait. I didn’t have a ride arranged, so I had to opt for renting a vehicle. Being required to “Rent” was a surprise, my previous Mini dealer offered courtesy vehicles if the service took an extended amount of time. I received great service, but i didn’t enjoy the surprises.
