Update 5/25/2025: Disclaimer: While there have been some hiccups in getting to this point, they almost entirely fall to Penske's inefficiency and BMW's bureaucracy and poor approach to dealership support and empowerment. That said; Mark stepped up to make sure that the next appointment would address prior concerns and even though it took extra time for them, they stuck with it, coordinated with other dealerships and with BMW Germany to identify the root issue and the fix. The Penske acquisition has sent them downhill - their of site call center in Arizona is so far beyond useless that it truly boggles the mind to imagine those people earning pay checks. Everyone except Bryan is incredibly nice and considerate. They're the best and only BMW dealership within 50 miles. There are some little things where their hospitality is phenomenal but some others where it makes you scratch your head.
