These guys are amazing I will never go to a BMW dealer again or any other shops. I know a little bit about cars and would try to fix a lot of the problems myself but I do not have the time, equipment or expertise that these guys do. But since I do know a bit about cars, I know they do a good job on repairs at a lesser price then the dealerships. Excellent work, professional and courteous. I would have no problems recommending them.
Expect poor follow up and no cost transparency. When I asked the owner why it'd cost more than I expected he was very defensive. Stay away.
Quick and Easy – Very fast and efficient. Fair prices. Even lent a complementary loaner car while my car was being fixed. Highly recommended FOR ANYONE.

Best auto repair shop in the desert! – They did excellent work on my vehicle. They keep my vehicle running great. Exceded my expectations compared to other auto repair facilities I have been to.
RESPONSIVENESS, PROFESSIONALISM AND ENTHUSIASM!!! – I went to Palm Springs for buisness and my car broke down. I called everyone in the area but it was 4:30pm and everyone was closing or closed. By the time I called Motorwerks it was about 5:30pm and Bryan the owner said they closed at 6:00pm but to bring the car in and they would wait for me. Best auto shop I have ever known. – I took my car to Motorwerks after getting the shaft, yes the shaft, at Mercededs Palm Springs and Omag Machine shop. What a relief! Finally someone was talking straight and not wasting my time and money. The owner is fair, experienced and works only on Mercedes. Do not take your car anywhere else unless its under warranty or you have money to burn. MLH
