I would like to start this review off with an apology to the company. I purchased the front and rear 9 spoke mag conversion kit for my 08 low rider. I had received a receipt but no confirmation for the first 2 days so I checked google and saw multiple bad reviews. I assumed I had made a mistake by purchasing from this company, I then requested a charge back from my bank. I've seen a number of reviews on here stating that this business is hard to get a hold of, and is difficult to deal with. From my personal experience this is the furthest from the truth. These guys are extremely helpful. If you call during the hours of business they pick up, just understand that they are a business and they might be busy. Nonetheless after I messed up on the insulation and my bolts sheared off, I called them and they were quick to help me out. Couldn't be happier with this company, I asked about a product on November 5th they emailed an answered the next day, ordered the Vulcan Coil Mount November 7th and received it to my front porch on November 15th all the way from Manchester NH to British Columbia, Canada. well packaged and exactly what I was hoping for, the design and quality of the Vulcan is first rate show bike worthy. will be a pleasure doing business with them again, highly recommended!
