Poor communication, didn’t even fix the car correctly when we were the innocent party, left the same wrecked rim on the car and told us someone would contact us about it to fix it and never did. the door is still twisted and doesn’t shut properly and the inner lining for the car is still all cracked and wasn’t replaced. absolutely devastating and when speaking to the manger of the work shop was especially told to kick rocks. wouldn’t recommend taking your car here at all unless you want subpar repairs and constant delays. ve... read more
Referred through NRMA - car was repaired and looks fantastic. Turned it around in good time considering the amount of work they seem to have on. All repairs were explained thoroughly - all new parts put on in place of damaged parts. The team had our car washed, vacuumed and looking new again for pick up. Thank you
I would never go there again
poor communication and long delay in repair, constantly delaying for delivery in-spite of continuously calling for delivery they divert to voice mail, really frustrating. However, the repair was fantastic
