One thing I can say about these guys is that they are genuine. I won't go into all the details - but I have dealt with them a number of times and they have always been very upfront, have never tried to take the mickey (in fact the opposite) and have always followed up with me to make sure everything was fine days after I left the shop. I've never had a mechanic shop do that before. It's a level of care that I can really appreciate.
