I had extraordinary customer service happen to me today. He didn't have to call me but he did. The service manager, Clyde, at Motorsports Honda Kawasaki knew I would be bringing some parts over for a repair...so this morning when he found out about an unrelated delay he took the time to call me and let me know that they couldn't work on the bike till next Tue...saving me the long trip over. 3 cheers to Clyde and Motorsports Honda Kawasaki.
Went in and browsed for a while, the workers were really chill and willing to help. I chatted with Roger for a while, and never felt pressured to buy anything and got tons of great info. Had a great experience. I plan on supporting them in the future.
