Terrible dealership. They refuse to admit fault for impact damage on a mates bike that was just in for servicing. Terrible customer service, will always dog the boys.
Dropping customers bikes and not fessing up, dogging the boys
Don't fix damage that their staff has done. A friend of mine dropped his bike off there for a service, only to pick it up damaged. They didn't fix it, and the owner had to go through insurance to get it repaired. Dodgy people and horrible service. #DDTB
I want to personally thank you and your team on your helpfulness and your professionalism service. During my last service for my BMW K1200R (green) I have been welcome by Elizabeth who performed an absolute outstanding service despite her busy day. It has been a pleasure dealing with Elizabeth as she had a full understanding of my requests and my needs and a full knowledge on mechanic and troubleshoot that even surprised me.
