RecommendedRecently purchased a zero DS from 508 cycles Plymouth; Ronnie Fortin was great very pleasant experience, I’ve had all kinds of gas powered motorcycles and this is the most fun I’ve had on any motorcycle ever; I recommend 508 cycles and the Zero line of electric motorcycles.
Don’t go anywhere else!! This not your average bike shop. There is a great selection of reasonably priced bikes. Most of them with low mileage and very clean. The staff is outstanding and you can tell they really care about their customers. I ended up buying a sport bike and then trading it in a week later for Harley. The owner Ronnie was fantastic to deal with. He basically took the bike back for what I paid for it and put money toward the purchase of a Road King. I’m not sure another dealer would have done this. I want to take the time to let everyone know I HIGHLY recommend 508 for their customer service. Especially Ronnie Fortin. I know how hard it is to "trust" anyone on the internet and not know if they will support you. It is really easy for someone across the country to be the best help when they're trying to make the sale but then suddenly disappear and not be helpful once delivery has been made. Best customer service and people ever I showed up there looking at the bikes picked out one I liked but it took it home and realized I wanted something a little nicer no problem at all I brought it back and cut my dream a bike you can’t go wrong

Horrible customer service, don’t waste your time or money. They lie and do sketchy business.
By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I asked how many times my credit was run and how much the loan amount was run for and I was lied to. I called to speak with the manager Jim and he said that when I filled out the credit application that I agreed for them to run my credit MULTIPLE times. I asked him which credit union and bank my application was sent to and how much it was for and he lied to me saying 2.. my credit report shows 4 and the loan amount was for way more than the bike I was trying to ... read more
