I brought in my Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra to get my rear tire replaced. They had the right tire I needed and was in and out within less than an hour and a half.
Odenton bike riders are so lucky to have MRC! Mike is always spot on with his knowledge, professional and provides outstanding customer service. While on a ride Saturday, my bike broke down. Called MRC to see if they could come and get it. Not only did he he agree to come get it, Mike closed down his shop and was there in 15-20 minutes! Mike loaded the bike and took it back to the shop (where he had customers waiting). Mike diagnosed and fixed it by close of business. Truly, outstanding customer service.
