I’ve been going to this workshop for the past two years and overall the work has usually been good. I’ve spent a lot of money here over time and trusted them with my bike. Recently I had repairs done that didn’t go as expected, which was later confirmed by another professional workshop. It may have been due to an issue with parts or workmanship, possibly linked to a fairly high turnover of mechanics in the shop. Got my zx6r dyno tuned at motorcycle doctors by Sebastian who did an awesome job! Super happy with his work my bike runs so much smoother, pops and bangs and more powerful! Highly recommend :)
Good service by a professional workshop that obviously takes pride in thier work ! Took my rocket in for a service & dyno tune. Was very impressed with the service & communication i received . Sebastian picked up and fixed a couple of small repairs that i was unaware of then worked his magic on the dyno. Bike now running smoother & stronger ! Will be go back there in the future and would recommend motorcycle doctors to anyone !
Had a service done recently, however I feel as if they took advantage of me and overcharged me for the services done. My first quote was $380 for basic service and WOF. The mechanic team found some issues which would not allow my bike to pass a WOF, chain and sprocket requiring replacement and steering head bearings needing to be replaced. I was told some estimate prices over the phone and agreed for the work to go ahead, I hadn’t received any full price quote until I went to pick my bike up and found I had to pay $1.2K.
