I have been working with Craig while servicing a friends MSU800 Massimo. Ordered a service kit which arrived very quick. After going through the service we needed some parts that was needed and they had all of them in stock and shipped right away. Also had a lot of questions for it was my first time working on a Massimo and each time I called Craig he was more than willing to help me. Never would had made it without Craig! Been working with Craig for the past few weeks in getting everything in order for my dad's 2015 msu800 and I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Learned more and got more answers than my dad did at the local dealerships that my dad had been asking for months while it was in warranty and got nowhere. Also getting parts has been a wonderful experience. All local dealers give quotes 6weeks to 3 months to get parts even for the simplest things such as the oil dipstick.
