I purchased a 2018 Expedition from them a few years back with around 35k miles. 3 days after purchase I noticed the AC stopped working. I brought it back and was told the issue was fixed. We purchased an X5 from their dealership in Lansing. Both parties agreed to sale pending a pre-purchase inspection; dealership chose the shop. Inspection showed leaking rear differential, with subsequent agreement between parties that this would be repaired prior to sale/shipping vehicle. Upon receiving vehicle, we had bmw dealership and independent shop inspect the vehicle, both stating rear differential still leaking; unsafe to drive/needs repair.
