Exceptionally awful experience. I had to get a lawyer. That’s how unethical Motorcars Express proved to be. This is also the first time I’ve ever left a 1 star review. Hopefully this detailed, honest feedback will be a learning lesson so they never try this nonsense with anyone again. I drove 4.5 hours to test drive an Escalade. My first inquiry was regarding the brakes as they were slow to respond. The way you always wished car buying could be! Mark and the team were awesome - great price, no pressure, and when something went wrong with the car after I got it home, they took care of it without hesitation. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.
