Very unsatisfied with service and inability to remain fair and consistent. Would not give me an inspection sticker because my tires go beyond my fender, absolutely fine - i get it! However, how did my best friend's vehicle get an inspection sticker a few weeks prior even though her tires also go beyond the fender. If your going to hold true to the "penny" rule then you need to hold true across the board and not pick and choose. Great service, reliably fixes all my cars. Even the old "challenging" ones. Loaner car program is perfect for my hectic schedule. The car's fixed and I'm not down transportation for the day. Recommended.

As always, when we have a car problem, this is the only place to go. Ric and Wanda will always take the time to answer my questions (no matter how trivial), reassure me on vehicle safety, and let me know a best case/worst case potential. We have been coming to Motorcar for more years than I can count, and they keep our "home fleet" running...
Total rip off. I've wasted thousands here - they suck you in and then scam you into paying for stuff you don't need.
