Good experience but pretty expensive but I should expect that for a Cadillac
Would have to say the experience here was different from other dealers I have visited. No hassle, friendly and works with you for a pleasant buying experience. In and out in less than an hour and a half. Unlike all other dealers with their sneaking tactics. This was a pleasant overall experience and would buy from here again as long as this keeps up. Could have been the team worked with or this is a standard across the company's SOP. THANKS
I bought a vehicle from them a couple of years ago. I have had nothing but issues with it since day 1. I continually brought it in telling them the issues. They never addressed the problems, tried to charge me for everything even though I purchased the extended warrenty, and tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
