The only change I would make about my experience is that I would like the option to leave a 10 star review! Working with Ivalin and Claudio could not have been better. They really took the time to hear me and make sure I got into the perfect car. Ivalin made sure that he explained all the features and that all my questions were answered. He was very kind and patient with me. There is no pressure to purchase, they truly want your experience to be the best and they knocked it out of the park.

Buying a car has never been so easy. John Phelan was great! He was very knowledgeable about all things Cadillac. On our test drive I had the opportunity to use the onsite Motor Werks car wash which by the way is a great perk to purchasing a car here. I bought an XT5 from this dealer. Greg Barone and Claudiu Timoftica were very helpful in helping us secure a great deal. My wife and I were very happy with the service and are very happy with our new vehicle!
Went to get a brand new cadillac lyriq. They told me I can pick the car up in 6 days. On day 6 they said 4 days later. Racked up over 400 miles and went against everything they promised us.
