Professional and honest I worked with Ryan Willett. He was professional, very honest and if he didn't know the answer, he found the answer. I drove away in a 2007 Tacoma the same day even though my bank gave Shelor a hard time. Shelor was patient and worked with my bank. I don't have bad credit but I had no credit and Shelor was able to find a bank to work with me. Thanks for everything I will be returning in the future
