I arrived at my appointment and was immediately seen. Everything was explained clearly and they started the diagnostics right away. 30 minutes later I was given an update about ordering the needed assembly and advised when to expect it. My only concern was I was told to call and make an appointment when the part came in, but I was told to check for part being received instead of them calling to let me know. Other than that it was a great experience.
Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Preston was very professional and helpful. I love my new truck! Donnie was also wonderful to work with!!

Josh was very accommodating to our needs and he spelled everything out to us. We had a minor hiccup in the process but we got out all figured out. This was the fastest we ever went through the process of purchasing a vehicle. Maybe 3-4 hours tops. Usually takes all day. Very happy with him and the finance person we dealt with. He was also very expedient, yet thorough. I think his name was Dave
