fantastic Excellent experience at Kia of West Chester. No pressure and they worked very hard to get me in a great car with that fit into my budget.
Excellent it was a very busy day at the dealership and the weather was awful but the staff was excellent they went out in the bad weather, showed me many options and tried to keep me entertained while going thru the credit check. they offered many options and were very helpful in making and finding a vehicle that would work for me even though it was not what i had went to the dealership with the intent of purchasing. the information thay gave me, helped me to see better options with in my financial range and my life style. t... read more
excellent From my initial phone call to a final handshake as I drove off in my new 2014 Kia Soul, I received 100% awesome service and attention from my salesman, Dan McGrath. He's getting married in March so if you stop by for a test drive (or a purchase) make sure to congratulate him.
easy purchase Darrell displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the process. Even though he was scheduled to leave work at 6pm on 10/30/14,he stayed an additional hour and a half hours to complete the delivery. Lastly,he actually went out of his way to guide(in his personal vehicle) my wife and I to the outstanding Tecca Restaurant.
Excellent Zach was the utmost professional. I have purchased 3 cars from him and as always, he was there to help me again. The dealership has been good to us and I look forward to continuting the relationship with Kia.
Wonderful Buying experience Lee was a great representative for your dealership. I am a COO so customer service and quality assurance are big factors. Lee was very helpful, communicated exceptionally well. He had service check car and give me a comprehensive estimate of both service and cost. When cost was exuberant he helped to reduce owners expense since my car recently passed warranty with a goodwill exception. Bonus he scheduled it so I would have access to a loaner as I could not miss work. Above and beyond!!!

Great Impression My service experience has always been very good at Kia of West Chester, but this time it was exceptional. I smelled gasoline from my car and brought it in immediately. Within 30 minutes of it going into the shop, they diagnosed the problem, gave me a spanking new loaner car without any charge, and had me on my way. And this was New Year's Eve!! The repair was then done efficiently without any hassles as soon as the part arrived. Definitely top-notch service.
Good Service This is the 2nd vehicle we obtained from Kia of West Chester this year. We have talked to our family and friends about the positive experience we had at the dealership.
