Ilesha was informative and friendly. She made sure everything I needed done to the car was addressed! She makes the waiting period a pleasure and knows her stuff!!! Always a pleasure to deal w/!
I would call and not get a reply! They stated oil not changed regularly; however, changed by my grandsons every 3000 miles! Did not honor a life time warranty! I called and informed them 2 days before picking up vehicle, but car was not ready to be picked up!
My recent visit to the service department was great. Fast service and Jose explained the work details very well. I feel confident with Hyundai in Christiansburg.
