I have been taking my vehicles to Shelor for service since 2018 and the experience at the Truck shop wasn’t bad, just not what I had come to expect. I had no idea where my truck was in the process, there was a disconnect between sale and service, and it was difficult to get ahold of the staff for updates or expected time of completion.
