Bad service. Have a 2016 mercury that they won't disclose information on. Simply trying to remove my outboard at home and want to sell me a 600 dollar component when it can be manufactured for under 5 dollars.
I brought a motor through a gentlemen who purchased a Mercury 300hp through Motor Marine. They had to pack up the old 225 Yamaha motor on a pallet for me as the buyer and then prepare it for shipping to me in NSW. Andre and the team were very helpful, I didn't pay for the job and extra effort they did so well and wrapped the motor perfectly for shipping.
