This is long but I have to include every detail of the nightmare dealing with this shop! Mind you, I had no check engine light on nor any other problems with my car before I took it to Mr. Lowe. I should have known not to leave it with him when he didn’t even realize my car was AWD, even with the badge on my trunk. In January 2025, I took my car in to see where an oil leak was coming from.
