I have been trying to get hold of them will nil success my system is playing up the GPS shuts down for no reason sometimes the unit doesn't even turn on l just want to get it fixed if they are not interested tell me were overseas the unit comes from then l will deal with the maker off the unit if l knew that the company didn't care l would of never brought it fom them
Dealing with Motor formula was a complete waste of my time and left me out of pocket. Their Staff are incompetent and unprofessional. I recommend that anyone looking for car accessories should look elsewhere. Unfortunately I learnt that the hard way.
The after sales service was pretty good I found. My stereo was playing up from the moment it arrived. It was bearable until the unit wasn't holding radio stations, gps would restart the unit. I sent the unit back just before Christmas, i knew nothing was going to happen till the new year. Still a new unit was shipped to me within 4 weeks. I think there can be better communication to the customer regarding faulty units. ie. Don't waste your time buying from MotorFormula, I bough a car head unit through their eBay site - iSuperstore and have experienced nothing but problems. The unit sent to me was faulty and it took over a month to get a replacement sent out to me, when they could finally be bothered getting back to me about the issue. My experiences with the Manager and his staff are that they are rude and unhelpful and don't understand much about commerce in Australia. My install was crisp clean the product (VWsPro) is good and the service was really friendly and accommodating... would recommend to others
