Great over the phone troubleshooting
Not too bad
Horrible place to work for and the morale of this company is a joke. There’s no room to grow and they don’t value their employees. I’ve had the privilege to talk to some of their employees and they are all looking for other Jobs because it’s either low pay or not enough hours. I also had a chance to talk to their HR Manager and she was not helpful at all and knew very little, it seems like they will hire anyone just for a tax write off. If you value your time and sanity this is not the place to work, this is a waste of time
