I used this shop multiple times for engine work and never had a problem then I decided to use them for body work and that was a bad idea. Mind you at this point I've spent thousands. I needed a back bumper replaced and when I went to pick it up, I noticed the brand new shiney bumper had a dent. They told me they would get a new one ordered and replace it no problem. I have been a licensed master collision tech for 38 years and had the pleasure of interviewing with Dave today. My personal opinion is he has the bar set pretty high compared to most facilities in the business. His standards and business practices are over the top.
You did what I told you not to do by putting pics and videos of my car on your page. You lied about service you could perform and you kept my car for 4 months failing to tune it. Billy Briggs and his tuner did it in2 days. You are a fraud and you have no professional respect.
We contracted with motor city steel to store our 66 chevy carryall in oct. of 2014. We were told it would be done by the woodward in 2015. We also gave them money up front.Iti was to be kept inside.communication with Mr. Droulard Has been impossible. Truck is outside and has not been touched for over a year!!! anyone that does business with this company are foolish.
