Applied for a house and had to pay a 100 dollar application fee. Sent in all my paperwork for the house like I was approved only to be told they gave the house to someone else. Now I’m out of 100 dollars and had my credit ran for basically nothing. Highly upset!!!
Dishwasher wouldn't drain and it took months to come fix after it was reported as a problem. When maintenance came to fix the dishwasher they somehow managed to screw up the drainage from the kitchen sink. They were aware that this was a problem and did not fix it. We now have water draining into our basement from the kitchen sink. We reported this and have yet to hear back. Horrendous experience and regret leasing from this company.
Kris Pauli is extremely rude everytime she emails us. It is near impossible to get ahold of them on the phone. Very unprofessional.
