I booked a 20 passenger party bus, paid the 50% deposit, and then was notified 6 weeks before my event that "the bus was in an accident". I was then told that I would receive a refund in the amount of my deposit, which is yet to happen 4 weeks later. I have followed up multiple times through email and phone with no luck. This company is a SCAM, stay away from them.
I’ve had a party bus rented since April (it’s now September) and I got a TEXT MESSAGE 3 days prior to my event, that “the party bus crashed and cannot accommodate my event this weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience”. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I didn’t get any further explanation, no different vehicle offered, and no way to access my refund back. This company is a SCAM!!!! They used my partybus services and DISPUTED all the payments!!!! Make sure you watch your credit card payments with these people they will ROB you blind!!!!
The limousine came Late .....the driver was rude and the company did not answer our calls as we had a wedding that we were late for...Please so not book with them if you have a timeframe to meet ... Horrible service
Booked a stretch SUV limo and a small van/bus showed up instead. Overcharged. Do not use this company
