If I could give this car wash zero stars, I would. I came here on my birthday with my brand new truck and the car wash stopped when I was in the middle of it and they said their sprayers weren’t working so they couldn’t spray the dirt off the side of my car and it completely scratched every surface of the side of my car. I asked to fill out an incident report and they ended up denying all the scratches and said I probably did it myself before I came there But my truck is only a month old

The vehicle was not fully cleaned—there was still visible dirt along the lower side panels and the rear of the car. More concerning, after exiting the wash I noticed a chip in the paint on the hood that was not present prior to the wash. The car was in pristine condition before entering. Given both the incomplete cleaning and the apparent damage, this experience was unacceptable. I would like management to review th... read more

My car was spotless when I came out! I signed up for a free wash and I got the $30 wash and what a beautiful job
Love this car wash! I had to cancel my membership for a few months and discovered I was still charged by accident. I called and was reimbursed right away! Such prompt service. I am restarting my membership now!
