The vehicle was not fully cleaned—there was still visible dirt along the lower side panels and the rear of the car. More concerning, after exiting the wash I noticed a chip in the paint on the hood that was not present prior to the wash. The car was in pristine condition before entering. My car was spotless when I came out! I signed up for a free wash and I got the $30 wash and what a beautiful job
Love this car wash! I had to cancel my membership for a few months and discovered I was still charged by accident. I called and was reimbursed right away! Such prompt service. I am restarting my membership now!
