I went through and paid for the basic wash. My windshield was left wet and the front of my car still dirty. I asked if I could run it through at basic again but instead they gave me the best wash for free. Great customer service. I very much appreciate what they did for me!
My last 2 washes here the back of my truck is not getting cleaned, the back windshield, tailgate, and rear bumper to be exact. Really considering cancelling and going over to Jax for what I’m paying a month this really isn’t worth it. Update June 27 2026: Requested for membership to be cancelled on June 13 2026 still have not received a response from management and I’m actively still being billed.

I’m critical of my car washes driving a truck. But was pleasantly surprised with how clean my f-150 came out.
CAR WAS SCRATCHED, Was told I’d have to scrub the bugs off with the top package, they are told not to use bug remover from ownership, Vacuums don’t work closest to gas stations, cloth rollers at the end are always down, was closed for months for upgrades still sub par, if you drive a truck they won’t spray tailgate. Go to any of the others on grand river and save you car time and money!
