My only problem is that I go through the drive-thru & the turntable that they place the orders in is very nasty on the outside. It needs to be replaced.
Why is it when the clerk makes a mistake they don’t fix it, or acknowledge it.. they blame the customer. I placed an order for 3 large chilli cheese fries, and a chicken club for my family.. we received 3 small fries and a chicken sandwich.. when I asked her she said she didn’t hear me and brushed me off.. I know what I ordered.. maybe she wasn’t paying attention never again.. this happened today around 350pm. Not asking for nothing free acknowledgement goes along way with dealing with customers..
