They need to bring back Oscar! This dude George is a straight liar….. inflating down payments tell him what the website says he says it’s 2500 down. Lol told me to go to a dealership! Because I told him yo the website says 1000. We gonna send these screenshots to the Asusa for false advertising! Crazy! Dude said he sold the car I was gonna put down on in 9 mins of going into the office today!
My experience with Motopia, Miami was perfect. They had the car we discussed over the phone ready for me when I arrived and the paperwork process took about a half hour. Very quick and easy. Oscar provided great customer service and made my purchase smooth.
DO NOT do business with MOTOPIA. This has been one of the most manipulative and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. Only 2 weeks after getting the car, they hit me with over $1,600 in toll charges that made absolutely no sense. Many of the charges were incorrect or duplicated, and even after I showed proof, they did nothing. The 5 star reviews also seem manipulated. I previously used Motopia for a lease-to-own vehicle program and while I did receive a newer same-year vehicle quickly, the operational side of the company was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve dealt with. Communication was a major issue. Many representatives primarily spoke Spanish, which repeatedly created misunderstandings regarding payments, account status, and support issues.
