Love motonation and love my sidi boots. They back up their products with service long after the sale. Excellent customer service from Alexis.
Incredible customer service!! Just ordered a pair of replacement boas for my Sidi boots. They don't even sell the model of boot, but exchanged about 20 emails with me working out exactly which boa would work best, confirming their return policy in case it didn't work, etc. The time they invested with me for a relatively small purchase was above and beyond, I'm so impressed!
I have been trying to get my money back on a pair of cycling shoes I returned in August! I was forced to file a report with my credit card company.
