Not sure how to respond to this. No one has ever contacted us about any "missing accessories" off of their Jeep. It hurts us deeply that someone would even suggest this!
If you have a Jeep in Clarksville I recommend taking it to Brian at Motofix! I had a Clock Spring issue with my 2012 JK and he took the time to call Gary Mathews to see if they had the part, come to find out my Jeep was under warranty. Brian called me immediately so I can schedule an appointment, gave me a workers name at the service department so we were all on the same page.
