AVOID avoid avoid!!! DO NOT bring your bike here under any circumstances whatsoever! After towing it in for the same problem three times -- and getting three different diagnoses and a "you're-good-to-go" so-called "repair" -- I still have a broken bike with the very same problem it had in the very beginning! Nevermind that it cost hundreds of dollars to have them fix things that WERE NOT WRONG with it -- the pain and hassle of winding up stranded in BF Egypt three times with a dead bike is only exacerbated by the owner's bel... read more

Took Way too long, Terrible Attitudes, and didn't Fix the Problem! Brought my bike in to get a simple seal fixed that was leaking oil. I told them if it wasn't something they could do quick then it would not be worth it, since it was the middle of summer and I wanted to sell the bike. It should have taken five minutes to fix once they got the part from the factory. I didnt hear anything for a week so i called. They had no idea they were supposed to order the part and said they would right away. I called after two weeks and t... read more

Great Experience! I've had Great experiences with Motofactory. Oliver has fixed several of my bikes and is the only shop I will bring my vintage bikes to after having bad experiences at Vicious cycle and Fast Bikes. Nate and Oliver are second to none when it comes to tuning stubborn vintage two strokes and old CB's. I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely pleased I bought a 1967 Yamaha 125. This was my first motorcycle so I didn't know a lot about it and the maintenance it may need. I rode it until something seemed to go wrong. It started to sputter and lost power. I wasn't sure where to go but Motofactory was close to my home and was highly recommended by a friend. I took it there. The boys at the shop were very knowledgeable and treated me with respect, although I knew very little about bikes. I had my bike back within a day! With such great service and friendly,... read more
