Dropped off my 2 dirtbike rims to have new tires put on. Mount and ballance and new bearings put in. And to extract a stripped pin on my front brake caliper. Place came very highly recommended by my father in law. Came to pick them up and it was 260$!! Got charged an hour and a half shop time to mount and ballance 2 dirtbike tires. I was fine with the half hour for extracting the stuck caliper pin. But it shouldn't take an hour and a half for a professional shop to mount and ballance 2 tires. If you are like me and want an alternative to a dealer that charges top dollar and then has some kid working on your beloved bike, look no further. Ben knows bikes like "Bo knows sports." My bike is riding like new after the work completed by Ben and at a fair price. I'm really enjoying the country roads of Eastern Connecticut this spring.
My "go to" place for motorcycle issues. Ben knows bikes and as the name says, he is great for a consult on your bike. A smaller shop with the personal touch, try it , you'll like it!
Ben is "da man." Great with Ducs (and other aquatic motorcycles), and is probably the person most responsible for my 35+ year love affair with BMWs.
All work I have had done was fairly priced and completed in a timely manner. I also buy parts and accessories from Motoconsult as their prices are fair and I'd rather support a local business when at all possible. Ben is very helpful and a good guy to deal with.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and always up for sharing a laugh. I've had service done here as well as purchased a bike from them. Every interaction has been great.
